These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting and provision of private transfer services offered by AUTOTURISMO NEXIS S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Greenway Transfers" or "the Company"). By making a booking, the client fully accepts these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from contracting our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By completing the booking process on our website, whether via online form, WhatsApp or any other channel enabled by the Company, the client declares:
Being over 18 years of age with full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Acting on their own behalf or, where applicable, being duly authorized to act on behalf of third parties (e.g. family group, corporate clients).
2. Service Description
Greenway Transfers offers private transfer services in chauffeured vehicles in the following modalities:
Airport – hotel transfer: From Cancún International Airport (CUN) to any hotel, resort or private residence in the Riviera Maya.
Hotel – airport transfer: Return service to the airport.
Round-trip transfer: Combination of both services at a special price.
Point-to-point transfers: Between destinations within our coverage area (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Morelos, Cobá, among others).
The service is exclusive and private: the vehicle will not share its route with passengers who are not part of the client's group, unless expressly requested.
Vehicle operations comply with the regulations of Mexico's Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) and applicable provisions of the State of Quintana Roo.
3. Booking Process
Request: The client enters trip details (origin, destination, date, time, number of passengers) through our website or communication channel.
Quote: The system generates a real-time rate. Rates are subject to availability.
Confirmation: The booking is confirmed only once: (a) the client completes the payment form and (b) receives a confirmation email with the booking ID assigned by Greenway Transfers.
Booking ID: The client must keep their booking ID and present it to the driver or Greenway Transfers team for any enquiries.
The booking is not confirmed until you receive the confirmation email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 15 minutes of payment.
4. Rates and Pricing
Rates are quoted in US dollars (USD) and Mexican pesos (MXN). The applicable exchange rate is updated periodically.
Rates are per vehicle, not per passenger, within the capacity limits of the contracted vehicle.
Rates include: door-to-door transfer, professional driver, applicable taxes, flight monitoring (for airport transfers), and standard waiting time.
Rates do not include: driver gratuities (voluntary, at client's discretion), non-standard parking charges, road tolls beyond the standard route, or tour guide services.
Greenway Transfers reserves the right to update its rates without prior notice. The applicable rate is the one in force at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
Greenway Transfers accepts the following payment methods:
Credit / debit card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Securely processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS). The charge is made at the time of booking.
Pay on boarding
Cash (USD or MXN) at the start of the transfer. Booking is subject to availability and confirmation by the Greenway Transfers team.
In the case of card payment, the client authorizes Greenway Transfers to charge the card provided at the time of booking. If the charge is declined, the booking will remain pending until a valid payment method is provided.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated by email to contacto@greenwaytransfers.com or via WhatsApp at +52 998 485 9388, quoting the booking ID.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the processing times of the banking institution.
Greenway Transfers is not responsible for bank fees or currency exchange charges applied by the client's financial institution.
Bookings paid with the "Pay on boarding" method do not generate a prior charge, so no refund applies in any case.
7. Booking Modifications
The client may request modifications (change of date, time, destination or vehicle) with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and possible fare adjustment.
Modifications requested with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and new booking, with the implications of the cancellation policy.

8. Flight Delays and No-Show Policy
Flight delays
For airport pickup transfers, Greenway Transfers monitors the client's flight in real time and adjusts the pickup time at no additional cost for airline-documented delays.
Flight monitoring applies only to the flights registered in the booking. If the client takes a different flight, they must notify us as soon as possible.
Airport waiting time
The driver will wait for the client for a maximum of 60 minutes from the official flight landing time.
Additional waiting time may be pre-arranged or will be subject to a charge of USD $15 per 30 minutes, subject to driver availability.
No-show
If the client does not appear at the meeting point within the established waiting time and has not notified any delay, this will be considered a no-show and no refund of the service will apply.
In case of post-landing delays (immigration, customs, baggage), the client must contact Greenway Transfers at +52 998 485 9388 before the waiting time expires.
9. Passenger Obligations and Responsibilities
The passenger must be at the agreed meeting point at the time and place indicated in the booking confirmation.
Consumption of food, alcoholic beverages or illegal substances inside Greenway Transfers vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Smoking inside vehicles is not permitted.
Passengers must wear their seatbelt at all times during the journey.
The passenger is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their group. Greenway Transfers reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if any passenger's behaviour poses a risk to the safety of the driver or vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger or their group will be the responsibility of the booking holder, who must cover repair costs.
Minors must have a child safety seat appropriate for their age and weight. The client is responsible for requesting the seat at the time of booking. Greenway Transfers provides child seats upon prior request and subject to availability.
10. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is entitled to transport 1 standard-sized suitcase + 1 carry-on bag at no additional charge.
Additional, oversized luggage or special items (bicycles, surfboards, wheelchairs) must be indicated at the time of booking. Their transportation is subject to space availability and may incur a previously agreed additional charge.
Greenway Transfers is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to luggage not insured by the client. Travel insurance is recommended.
The client is responsible for ensuring all their luggage is loaded into the vehicle before the journey begins. Greenway Transfers is not responsible for items forgotten during the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Mexican law:
Greenway Transfers will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: traffic, adverse weather conditions, road closures, third-party accidents, or authority dispositions.
Greenway Transfers will not be liable for indirect economic losses, loss of profit, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Greenway Transfers's maximum liability to the client for any claim arising from the service will be limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
Greenway Transfers will not be liable for missed flight connections or any consequences arising from transfer delays attributable to force majeure or acts of third parties.
The foregoing does not limit the objective civil liability of the carrier in cases established by Mexico's General Communications Routes Law and applicable civil legislation on traffic accidents.
12. Insurance
All Greenway Transfers vehicles carry current civil liability insurance in accordance with the requirements established by Mexico's Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) and the regulations of the State of Quintana Roo.
Insurance covers third-party and passenger damage in the event of a traffic accident. It does not cover personal injury or luggage damage resulting from passenger negligence.
All clients are recommended to obtain travel insurance covering luggage, cancellations and medical expenses. Greenway Transfers does not offer or sell travel insurance.
13. Force Majeure
Greenway Transfers will be exempt from liability for total or partial non-performance of its obligations when such non-performance is the consequence of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to:
Pandemics or health emergencies declared by competent authorities
Acts of terrorism, civil unrest or armed conflicts
Blockades, demonstrations or road closures ordered by authorities
Road or airport infrastructure failures attributable to third parties
In these cases, Greenway Transfers will use its best efforts to reschedule the service or, failing that, issue a credit to the client for the value of the affected service.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, México, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their current or future domicile.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish version and any other version of these terms, the Spanish version shall prevail.
